What file size and format should I upload?

Upload exact size (e.g., 2'x4' = 24"x48"). For very large banners, 50% scale is OK (8'x8' → 48"x48"). Best format: PDF Print. Avoid low-res PNG exports from Canva. Keep text 1–1.5" from edges.

How do I design in Canva? (Tent banners too)

Use full scale when possible. If Canva maxes out (~83" width), design at 50% and export PDF Print. Tent banner examples: 1'x8' → 80"x10", 1'x9' → 81"x9", 1'x10' → 80"x8".

Can I order any custom size?

Yes. Choose the size dropdown on the product page, then select 'Custom Size' at the bottom and enter your exact dimensions.
